We originally bought the Cragars for my car, but I decided that i really wanted to get the styled steel wheels that are correct for 1967's. I guess I should note that my car actually came with hubcaps versus these styled steel wheels which would have been an upgrade. I didn't want to put the hubcaps on because I figured given a few years they would have all fallen off and been lost on the side of the road somewhere. So that was where the idea for Cragars came in... but I worried that those wheels would make the car look slightly on the mean side. I don't really want my car to look or sound mean. I want it to look like a run of the mill '67 coupe.
I am in love with the center caps on these wheels. They are such a beautiful blue! Anyways... we haven't been in the garage lately because it is so stinking cold outside. Our garage is not insulated... and the heaters can't keep up. Hopefully it will warm up at least a little so we can get back out there. Plus the floor should be arriving shortly... so that means some welding will be done soon. Its all soo exciting to see some progress again!!
