Tuacahn Car Show

Mike and I got to go to St. George this last weekend for the Car show that was hosted at Tuacahn. Tuacahn just happens to be where I went to High School so it was fun going back to my old stomping ground. Tuacahn is also a very beautiful place and the perfect setting for a car show. It was funny because as soon as we pulled in to Tuacahn, tons of memories came flooding back. I talked Mikes ear off for the first hour of the show just telling him about the fun times I had going to Tuacahn High School.

The car show itself was a lot of fun. Its always fun chatting with other club members and just enjoying the atmosphere. It was nice and sunny and even got a bit hot for awhile, but it was manageable. They were doing the Saturday Market at the same time as the car show so we were able to some window shopping. It was really a nice show and I rather enjoyed it.

After the show, we took a cruise with the other numoa members through Gunlock and over to Pine Valley. I have always loved that drive and thought it would be a fun one to take everyone on. It turned out to be a good cruise with only a couple times we had to turn around. So all-in-all, I think it went well.

We then had the awards banquet which wasn't bad... but awards ceremonies are always so LONG! After the banquet, we got to go tour the Bryners' house and also got to have ice cream cake at the Paiges' house. It was fun chatting with everyone and just getting to socialize. I am really glad that we were able to make it down for the show. It was well worth it!
